New project. I can't wait to finish. Im almost done with the sleeves. The gauge was perfect. I shouldn't say that yet till I put it together. But it's coming out really nice.

What A crazy day and a crazy weekend PARTY!

Hey every one, Sorry I haven't kept up with the blogging thing, But I have to say I've been very busy. The party went well, I love to host but you never eat enough. But it was a lot of fun. Joyce, Beney and her friend came on by and it was great having some of my friends around, But I felt bad because I really didn't get to spend much time with them, But im glad they saw my house, Im sure they will tell everyone at SnB tomorrow night. But all in all it was fun and we were both popped by the end of the night. So I took care of the fine at the motor vehicles, I was fuming because when I went there today I didn't have my title to the car so I couldn't register it until I went back home to get it, Mind you I had no idea where I put it, So when I came home I tore the house apart, don't' ask me how I found it in a matter of 30 min. I ran back to the motor vehicles. Registered it and I was done, I needed a cocktail after so off to Taco Bell I went, hehehehe!
So I came home and I popped my Ipod in and Im blogging. I took pictures of my project to post, and I also hand felted my bag so my secret pal can see, Im saving the Cascade for a great felted hat for the winter. But im getting all the use out of the felting materials, I absolutely love them all.Thank you again. So I ripped out this sweater that I made out of Gedifra yarn that it came out huge, Never put it together, I knew it would be too big so I frogged it. And im almost done with the cardigan from Hollywood Suss Cousins the first one, all I have is the sleeves to do then im ready to sew. I love the patterns in her book. But so not worth 30 bucks. I finally put a wish list up in my profile. But I can't figure out how to show my picture up on my blog profile. I need help. I hate when I don't know how to do something that I know is so easy. I have to post a finished project sweater up there I feel like I never finish my sweater projects I just tell you about them and show you them half finished. So what else to report not that much more. I can't wait till Thursday night, I need a night to just relax and knit.

I have no luck, What so ever!!!!

SnB was great last night, we all had a lot of laughs. I get home last night open my mail and this letter of suspension of my license due to lapse of insurance. So now im fuming because I know that I had insurance and there was no lapse, I just switch insurance companies. What ever. So i get to the motor vechicles this morning and I have to pay a fine of 200 dollars, I was like wait a minute, there is no way that I am paying for someone else's mistake. That's bull shit. So I called my insurance company screaming at them because it is such an inconvenience for me, I faxed over the paper that I got in the mail to her and now im just waiting, Mind you all that I have to reregister my car because it is up the end of this month. I hate to wait. You have no idea.

Im so Pissed right now, but I know that all I can do is wait, Ill be alright, I also have bad cramps, need I say more.

So I think im going to knit something to calm me down, And take a pamprin. Ill feel better in a little while.

So it looks like this weekend is going to be a nice one, So on with the party we go, on Monday.

I have to go shopping with Mark for some stuff. Like food and Beer. All the party essentials. Every one is invited. I will do my best to get everyone here. Tomorrow is the flee market I will be going with Joye , Lori and Talin. Then we can come back to my house , or do what ever they want to after. And that's all for today. Spring Cleaning! "No not yarn spring cleaning"

Mark and I were cleaning the house on Saturday, we are trying to make the house presentable for Mondays party. But I took down all the blind and sprayed them down outside and scrubbed the crap out of them, they were so dusty. YUCK! Maybe that's why my allergies were so bad, But I was sneezing this morning, so I guess not. So while mark was cleaning the inside windows I was outside, It was so beautiful, I didn't want to come in. But I paid for it the next day, My arms were killing me. That just goes to show you how much in shape im in shape. Ha! So what else, On Sunday we woke up early and went to the Tic Toc Cafe in saint James. It was so cute inside, but you have to order your own food and the girls bring it out to you. kind of like Panera. We stayed there for a little while I looked through the paper and I saw that sports authority was having a sneaker sale so I asked mark if he would buy me Sneak's, So we went after breakfast and I got purple and gray Sneak's They are way cool. Then we went to borders. And then we food shopping and then came home. We were supposed to see Star Wars but that didn't happen. But that's ok. Then I got the itch to plant some flowers in the pots that I had from last year,I ran to the nursery bought a flat and planted, Mind you I drank a red bull before I got that urge or else i would have been resting and knitting. So on the knitting front. Im almost done with the socks for Mark that I will post the picture. And the inter Weaves tank top im so stuck I think im doing it wrong but im not sure I have to ask one of my fellow knitters on Thursday. I really want to continue and finish. But I think we accomplished a lot this weekend I can't wait till Monday " memorial Day" Everyone is invited, I will tell everyone on Thursday night. But I know Lori, Talin, and me. And Im not sure who else, are doing the craft fair on Saturday, and then afterwards we can come back to my house for a BBQ, I will ask them on Thursday what they want to do. Well it's 12 Noon And I have to jump in the shower Im not going to let this computer take up all my time in the day.

It's Friday !!! WooooHoooo!!!!!

Alrighty, Today is Friday !!!!! I could not get up for crap this morning. Benny, Lori and I went to the brick house brewery after stich and bitch last night Mark and his friends met us there, they had karokee, all the singers were horrible. wedidn't get home late, I think I was just really tired from yesterday. But I made it through. It was a quick day at work, I got home at 2:00.PM.

So today is Marks pinning ceremony I have to be there at 6:15 tonight, and then my InLaws want to go to dinner afterwards, Not sure where yet. Tomorrow Mark is running the shelter Island run, so we have to catch the ferry at like 1 or 2. Only if it's not raining.I hope it's nice tomorrow. I cant wait to just sit on the grass and knit all alone, until mark comes close to the finish line then I will be there with my pom poms in the air....

So I have to send out mysecret pal box I keep forgetting to bring it in my car so I can stop off at the post office. I sent the secret pal that has me some stich markers I thought she really needed to have them, and she emailed me back and said she loved them. Your welcome secret Pal.

I feel bad im not sure what to hint at you. I really don't know what I need. But you did so great the last time , your awesome I don't think you need my help!

Not A Nice day for me!!!!!!

Hey !!!! I have been in such a bad mood today, Since I got out of bed this morning. Don't ask me why, I have no idea, All day at work I wanted to kick my boss in the ass. But I got through it. So when I got home I felt a little better. Today was marks last day of his first year in nursing school. Im so happy for him, That's one year down. WoooHoooo!

But I got some progress on the interweave tank top. I have to take a picture of it and post tomorrow, I'm really liking this one it's coming out so nice. I will bring it with me on Thursday night.

So tonight Mark and I watched the new Amityville Horror Movie that came out recently. All Ihave to say is OMG!!!!!!! It was so scary, I had the goose bumps. It has been a while since we watched a movie together, with school an all. But I have the rest of our lives together to watch all the movies to our hearts content. I know this, And Im not complaining. I just wish we had more time together. But it's ok,the summer is almost here.

The Most amazing performer in the world!!!

All I have to say is Oh My God!!!!!!!

Butch Walker Was Amazing. It was like a religious experience. Of coarse I video taped the whole show, and when mark comes home today he is going to transfer it to DVD. I was the only one taping the show I was so surprised, But at the end of the night like 3 people came up to me and said I saw you taping the show can I have a copy of it. I was like oh sure. But any way. All in all if I can follow him every where just to see him play every night I would, He's that good. Let me explain. Butch Walker when he sings, you feel it every word he says, almost like he's singing straight to you alone some where like on the grass in a park. It's so much more than that, But not to sound in love with him, He is great, But I have my own Rock Star!!!!!! And that's Mark......

So today I have to goto lunch with my friends from work, They just called me they need help with some kitting project and im there to help them.

The other day my friend Danielle called me, she needed help with her bag she was making, So she came right over from stonybrook, so when mark came home we were sitting in the back yard with the fire going, and mark just laughed and said that I was the knitting GURU!!!!, So I was like great now he's making fun of me. And the best part of this was the other night I had a dream that Mark didn't want to be with me anymore because im always knitting. I woke up in tears but there more to it, I just can't type the whole dream ill tell you guys when I see you.... Until tomorrow.

What a crazy Day !!!

OMG! Every one has been so supportive., it's so nice to know that you have people that care. it means a lot. Well dad is feeling better and he's still in the hospital, they took various tests and an MRI with IV contrast, and saw a little something on the brain, but the doctor assured him that it' just might be something due to the high blood pressure, So tomorrow they might release him. But for now his pressure is still up and he has all these appointments when he gets out to take care of his pressure and every thing else. But all in all my mom is hanging in there. She is very positive, how I don't know. It's really funny the other day I got a card from her and it said just thinking of you and I hope you have a great day, and there was $20 bucks in it and it said to go buy some yarn. She's the best I love her so much and I just hope that after all of this, things get a little easier for her where she doesn't have to worry as much and ce at ease. Im so tired of the worrying I hope she can live the rest of her life without worrying and just be happy.

But on a fun note , and don't ask me how I can even think of this at a time like this, But this is my only sanity. I amde another bag that's cone and just waiting to be felted. And The girl at the hair salon called me today and wanted me to come in tomorrow to get the purple redone, im so glad you should of seen it it washed out within a week, I can't walk around like this any longer. I should take a picture of it before I get it done so all of you can see how bad it looked. So tomorrow I will be there at 9:30 AM to get fixed, and then off to catch up on some around the house chores. I really hope my dad gets out tomorrow he needs to be home where he's comfortable. Im so tired I have to get to bed soon. But before I go I have to say that im so glad that the secret pal that has me received the stick markers that I sent to her and she sent me a great email thanking me, I love sending things to friends that I know will enjoy every second of them. And also I received stich markers from my secret stich marker pal Jennifer. She's way cool I have to keep in touch with her. And also I have to get my secret pal's package out very soon, I think I have enough to send so far for this month.And I also have to post a picture of the stich markersI revieved from Jennifer.

Crazy Mothers day.

Well I had a very crazy mothers day with mom. I mean crazy, I'll Tell you all about it.

Mark and I got to my mom's about 1:30 or so, she was excited to see us, we ate an early dinner, My friend Jackie came over with the baby, She's so beautiful, and getting so big. So my dad came out of his room and got a bit to eat and then went back into his room to lay down, So I looked at my mom and asked what was wrong with him and is he ok, So she said not sure but he didn't look good when he came home yesterday. And that was it. So about an hour or so later I heard my dad calling for my mom, and when we got up to see, he was holding on to the wall to walk down the hall way and he said he was dizzy and nauseous and told my mom to call the ambulance. Now for those of you that know my dad he hates hospitals and is deathly afraid of throwing up, that's a no no. So we knew there was something definitely wrong with him. So the ambulance came and took his blood pressure and it was 200/1112 no all of you know that that is way off the charts. So they took him away and before they got him to the ambulance he threw up in the street. And by the time they got him to the hospital his pressure went up to 236/113 he could of has a stroke or a heart attack, And mind you hes not that old. (53yrs) So they ran tests on him and the results they came up with was that he has vertigo. Probably due to him high blood pressure. It is the scariest thing to see your dad in the hospital, not a good site for me, Then I started to think about when he really gets old and can walk. I hate to think that way but I know it's gonna happen some day. But my poor mom, in the past 5 years she has been in and out of the hospital with my brother like every other month, and now it's my dad. It's crazy. I have to go and see him on Wednesday. I have to work tomorrow till late and then I will head into the Bronx.

So all and all I couldn't sleep late night. I slept on the couch. And I was supposed to do laundry but that's out and Im exhausted.

This is my mom when I was in her belly I think she was about 8 months. I was brewing, almost ready to say hello to the world, that was almost 29 years ago. Oh My God that seems so long ago. I dont have a better shot of this picture but this will do ....

A tribute to My MOM!!!!!

My Mother, Thee one and thee only. I love her with all my heart. And for some reason every year when im in the card store I cry my eyes out picking a card for her.

But I have to say I don't know what I would be like if I didn't have her as a mom . The caring sense she has and the warm hearted person, she's so emotional. I guess that's where I get it from. I love her to pieces. And 29 years ago I was in her belly just like in the picture above. She is the best mother a daughter can have. She has been to the moon and back, I only wish to have her strength when I have children and deal with all we have put her through, my brother and I, And My dad. But in the end she's the best And I love her.

Ive had it with my hair

I am flipping mad!!!!! My hair.... That's my problem today. I washed it twice this week after I had it done on last Saturday, And now it's faded. It kind of looks yellowie at the ends. Im so pissed. So at lunch today I went to the salon and I showed her and she was going to sit me down and do it for me right then and there, and went in the back and came out and said that they don't have the color and they just ordered it this week and as soon as it comes in she will call me and throw the color in it. So I asked her if this is what it was gonna look like all the timeand she assured me that it wasn't, and that it gets better and better every time you do it.. So I was happy after that. But there was no way I was just gonna let this one go. So Yesterday was a lot of fun at the SnB, My friend Dani wasn't there she was sick. And I got a little knitting done, and Lori brought in her stash and sold it for a little change, and It all went, Dani you missed out. And after SnB I went to marks friend's house (Rob and Allison) We had a little cinco de myo party, I know I did't spell that right. Feel free to correct. So we got home at 12 midnight or so and I pooped out. And this weekend is going to a perfect weekend to knit, it's going to rain all day tomorrow and Sunday I hope not I have to ride into the Bronx and see MOM!!! I can't wait. I have to get a really pretty plant. And that will be my weekend, and if anyone is free on Monday call me im off. Talk to you then...

All I have to say is PURPLE!!!!!

The Hair is purple!!!!! I went to the salon on Saturday morning. It's awesome, But it's only in the back of my hair so it's not shocking when you first look at me. So any way this weekend was great. Some of the stiching girls and myself went to Huntington for the sheep to shawl festival, it was fun but very cold and I was so cold, until the sun came out at about 2:00 to thaw me out, when by then we were ready to leave. But we all bought stuffed sheep and we took a picture it's pretty funny, you have to see it, I have to post it when Im done here. I got my stich marker pal today So I went to the store to get some more beads to make markers, Like I needed to so that, Im absolutely Crazy because I have like 100 of the already made. Im nuts I know. You don't need to tell me, I just really like making them. So back to the work force tomorrow. I have to start saving my pennies. Stop spending I have to keep telling myself that. Speaking of spending, I received my order today from knit picks. hehehehehe! Don't tell mark. But most of it was sock yarn. It was really what I expected, nothing too suprising, what you see on knit picks is what you get. It came in a bag, and I have to start up new sockswith the stuff, but only when im done with the new ones I already started with the yarn that I found in the attic , I have to start on the second one. That will be quick and done in no time. I should bite my tongue because im not gonna have time this week I know the schedule is crazy I got the report from the girl that works there on mondays.But any way , I don't know what else to report. Not much news here.

It's Friday Wooooo Hoooo!

To start I had such a great time last night @ SnB. I was so happy the last patient did not show. So I was out of there quick before he decided to stick some one else in at 7 O clock. So I got to SnB at like 7:30 or so I don't even remember. But we did have a lot of laughs. So I started a baby blanket for my friends baby she had a boy and I bought a few bernat velour and started knitting it up IM alost done I knitted a few rows last night. Then after I headed to Borders with Talin from our group and I ended up buying a Bust mag that she turned me on to and I came home and made a cup of green tea and read the whole thing till mark came home from the crazy Donkey @ 3 AM. But the funny thing was at the end of the mag, there is a sexy end to it and I was like woooohoooo!!!! it was like a steamy porn article, it was great I have to copy it and send it to my lovely friend carol she would definitely appreciate it a whole lot. But I ended up not getting home till 11:30 PM. And I had a nice chat with Talin, she is very talented, I never knew, or I never took the time out to talk to her one on one, not that I was interviewing her or any thing. It amazes me that the are so many people that have such interesting lives and yet they look like the normal average person, you would never expect.it just goes to show you that the lies such interesting thigs in people that you would be so interested in. So I have off the next few days, I get these breaks every now and then, But I did take off tomorrow I was supposed to work, But oh well. Im getting my hair done I can't wait. And on Sunday is the sheep festival I can't wait, it's in Huntington. I am very excited. I have a great weekend to look forward to. And what else I did find an old sock I started it looks so funny it's very long and I have to rip it out and start over and the yarn it so cool. I took a pic I will post it after this.

So mark called me earlier to ask me to make sauce and meatballs he wanted pasta tonight and tomorrow because he's running the wantagh race on Sunday. The house smells so good right now like as if it was Sunday. Sundays growing up in my mothers house it smelled exactly like this.

Are the days going to get better for me any time soon

Ok, Here is the scoop Of my lovely day. while I was delirious last night on a shotof nyquil, I looked down at the coffee table and saw that I had to be at a court hearing this morning at 8:30 In queens, LOVELY!!!! Mind you that's an hour away from my house, and I had no choice but to go because it was too late to reschedule, what ever. I was crying I didn't think I was gonna get up this morning. So of coarse I didn't get a good night sleep because this was on my mind. So I went and it didn't go well. I had to pay 100 dollars and I got 3 point on my license, What Ever!!!! Then on top of it all there's green crap coming out of my nose during this whole court process, so as the judge is talking I keep sniffling and she looking at my like she wants to kill me because the court was being taped. What Ever!!! So that's probably why she wasn't easy on my. She looked miserable, she probably hasn't gotten laid in over a year!hehehehehe!. But on top of this all I feel like shit and i had to goto work at 12 noon and I got back home at 10:30 so I fell out on the couch and slept for an hour. And I woke up and I still felt it. So at 3:00 I told my boss that I was leaving and not coming back after lunch. And he said get some rest. And now im home telling you guys about my day.

So on the knitting front I want to thank my secret pal for the good advice. I did wash my hands every time I wiped her butt and cleaned her hands. But some where along the line I probably forgot too. I can't wait to see who my secret pal is. I do have to post a pic of the purple bag for her she wanted to see it. Which reminds me I have to get my secret pals gift going.

And To Dani VAN HALEN till we die, and then it will continue in heaven !!!!! Forever.

But I have been knittingtill my fingers are numb ! I was trying to finish the other red sock. And then I'll start to finish the tank I started. I have to post that too. But for now I have to eat my Taco Bell I bought for lunch and I have to get the shot of day quill down I hate that stuff. I hate the way I feel on that crap!!!!!

I feel like crap today!!!

Alright !!! Im sick and tired of being sick. This is bull shit!!!! It's that baby I watch, she is always sick. How and why do kids get sick all the time? Does anyone know. Thank god im not working today, I feel like a ton of bricks just fell on me. Like someone kicked my ass, and no it's not because I went out last night, I was feeling like this yeaterday morning, But I thought it was allergies. obvisoulsy not! My trought is on fire. Some body get me a doctor ("VAN HALEN").

Well any way Im so tired and my hands hurt from all of the knitting that I did do yesterday. And I am going to continue today.hehehehe !!! You can never have enough knitting and you have to take advantage of free time. But I am reading this book if any one is interested " my sisters keeper" It's very good so far. My mother in law told me about it a long time ago, she said that it would be the book you will always remember, so far it's good I can't tell you. But for now think Im going to cozy up on the couch and watch a good movie and knit with a hot cup of tea.

It's a Beautiful Morning.

Hey to all... Thank god it's not raining today. But who cares I have so much laundry to do, It's piling high. So I started on the beautiful cami in the interweaves mag, and I ran into a scuffle with the stupid pattern, I love it don't get me wrong I must have made a mistake some where in the pattern and now where I have to purl it's a knit, and I know I can fix it now that it's still early but there is no way im frogging and starting over, do you know what a pain in the Ass it it to CO 210 stiches and then making sure not to twist them when connecting, HOLY !!!!! But I think im just going to deal with it and move on with it. I really want o finish this one project, but it's not a project to take to SnB on Thursdays. No way I will totally mess it up. But what else , I know we should be cleaning up the yard today but im not doing it by myself, mark is still sleeping he has to work today @ 3. So I have so much time to knit. I know, I can knit at the laundry mat. That never happens when I plan to, for some reason I get hypnotised by the bubbles in the washing machine. "you know it's true". I do it all the time. But today I wont pay attention. So tonight when mark comes home we are going to see LIT at the viper bar. I think it starts at 9 or so, I can't wait. I know it's a Sunday but who cares they put on such a great show. Thank god I don't have to work tomorrow. That reminds me I have to call Lori, she said she wanted to go at Thursday's nights SnB. Rain rain Go Away !!!

Ok, Here it is Saturday morning and It's raining out Im so pissed.. .All week it was amazing and on the Saturday that I don't have to work it rains!!! How much does that suck! Any way, I have to Take a moment to comment about that Little Vampire Slayer Im so proud of her that she looks on to my blog and Im certain she looks at others too, she's one step closer to becoming a little vampire knitter. My honey's friend came over this morning so that he can change the strings on his guitar for him, so we got up early and made coffee and mark ran out to get bagels and then I ran in the shower and now im on the computer writing this post and that was my morning. Spring Has sprung!!!!!

Ok It is so beautiful out there today. I went to work to watch the kiddies. Which I am so tired of doing this now that the weather is so nice, But aside from the weather I really don't want to be involved in my bosses personal life period end of sentence. But It was a great weekend also.I did the MS walk with my friend jenn which I posted the other day, Mark came with us which I was so happy that he came we got home so early and we ended up cleaning the yard, which I didn't pick up a leaf, I was tired normally I would have helped but not this time maybe next weekend. But after he filled a few bags we went for a quick run, and I really have to say I was pooped, and I couldn't run a full mile with out stopping. That is so bad. I really have to condition my self, And My goal is to run a little race with mark this summer. I hope I can do it. But other than this weekend and running, I started another pair of socks with Moda Dea Yarn, It's kind of red and pink mixed in. I have a picture of it to post after this. Im really mad about the Gedifra sweater I started to pick up again and I am still stumped, I have to take it in to SnB on Thursday for a little help from the girls. But really there is no much to report, I have to figure out what to make for dinner for mark when he gets home from school. I know he's going to say buffalo wings, But he can go with his friends for that Im not going to join he I have to start watching what I eat I cant eat that crap late at night.

Mom is in Long Island. woohoooo!!!!

Ok I am so mad about last night. My boss all he does is talk and talk and talk when it's about 10 min to 8:00 pm, I kept looking at the clock like it was gonna help me get out quicker. Long story short I didn't get out till 8:35 and it was too late to drive to SnB. I was very cranky and mad about this, But what are you gonna do!...... So when I got home I was so mad that I didn't even pick up my needles to do any knitting. But for today I had a great day, My mother came out from the Bronx and I went to lunch with her, I took her to Charlie browns. She had a burger and I had a buffalo chicken wrap. It was so good. But then after that I took her to Wild n Wooly Wools and of course I scored, my mother decided to pay for the Awesome bag I got and some sock yarn cotton very cool I didn't take advantage of my mom. I love you mom!!!! Thank you so much for my knitting supplies. And then after that I took my mom to meet my friend Jenn and her two boy's and her hubby, we had a few laughs and then Mark stopped by jenns house on the way home from work and before you know it, it was almost six and my mom had to get going. So she left and mark went home and I left shortly after that. But in all my day was great. So I can't wait till I cast on with this stuff. I will take a picture of the yarn later and post it, And my awesome over the shoulder purple bag.

I miss my mom!!! I wish she did live closer to me this way she can just fly over for dinner and all that good stuff. I wonder what it will be like when I have a child. I can't wait. I wish she would move out here, that will never happen. bla!

I have to work tomorrow I hate the Saturday thing but I get out at 1, so it's not hat bad. And I am going to SnB tomorrow night no matter what, I have to send Rebecca an email that I am going. I hope Dani makes it too. I also have to do some knitting tonight can't go to bed too late tonight or I will be shot for the rest of the day after work tomorrow. And I am doing the MS walk on Sunday I can't wait, I feel so great when I do things for a good cause.

Ok !!!! Im posting at work, If my boss catches me im fired!!!!!

But all is well, My mother In law is back from North Carolina she came home on tuesday night, and she came home with a suprise for me and mark. she bought mark a cheap trick poster and me a drop spindle with roving, I was like no way I was so happy until I took it home and started with it and I was getting fustrated, I have to really take the time to sit and do it. I have to see it done.

So last night Dani My other knitting friend came over my house and she was so funny when she walked into the house she was like OH MY GOD, it was really funny she is a huge Eddie Van Halen fan and thats all thats covering the living room walls. But the reason she came over was for me to help her with her sock problem. and at first as I was reading the instruction on her sock pattern I was like oh no! this is gonna be hard but we made it through, it was like 9:00 when she asked hte time and I have to say it went quick. Well I have to go, and ill see everyone tonight at SnB.

And everyone has to read this book. it is the greatest and very true, it's like reading a comedy, and only knitters get the jokes. I love the fact that it's so small.

JUST ANOTHER MANIC MONDAY !

Ok I know it's been five days since I posted, I have been so busy doing crap. My so low on funds, I can't even buy any thing that had to do with knitting. My car ended up being over 6 hundred dollars, That sucked and I have insurance to pay and bill are coming this week, This month sucks. But on a good note I bought with my last ten dollars to spare the book at my knits ends Im sure you saw it around all the blogs, It is te cutest book ever, and so very true every word in it is so funny and true. Mark and I went to the book store Because he had to study the nklex nursing questions for his final I think. And instead of buying them for like 35-40 dollars we just sit there and he study and I look at all the knitting books to my hearts content. It's fun and don't think we are the only ones doing the studying there are so many people from stony brook doing this too. So where was I, Mark and I went for a speed walk yesterday and I felt so good after, I want to start running again, I just hate to run by myself Im scared, there's crazies out there. so im going to start training for self defense its like a high energy Bla Bla Bla something something at my friend house, her husband has like a little gym in his garage and Im going today to start im gonna kick some ass I can't wait. The weather is unbelieveable. I wish it was like this all year round. There so much I want to do and I shouldn't be on this computer right now. I have to take a shower and get my butt out there. I should be expecting a package today I hope of some more roving. Just little bit of color roving just to felt with. Not to spine ronnie!!!!!

I will post later today and I have to take some pictures and post. I finished my other sock I cant believe it, and I have to cast on for some more, I love doing them they are so much fun. See you later.

Felting needles with a foam pad so I dont prick my fingers when im punching through my next felted project, colorful Yarn bras a great tape measure with a sheep on it and you pull the tail. colorful roving, a Snip n ruler. and some cascade yarn in blue. very awesome. im so excited.

My secret pal

Ok My secret pal is making me anxious, Im very excited about the mail everyday when I get home from work. I love suprises. When I get home I love going to the mail box, Mark always feels bad when I call him from work and ask him if I got any thing in themail, he hates to say no. But any way I brought my car in to the shop, I really hope it passes inspection, I know I said this in my last post but I don't feel good about this time at shop. I hope they finish my car early I really want to go to the LYS. But I have to see how much this is going to cost me today. I know yesterday was a short post, mark was standing over me watching me write buy more yarn and I was kringing I didn't want him to see that. He would kill me. Hey your only a knitter once in your lifetime so buy all the yarn you can. My dad always said you only live once so make a good one. I love my dad.

Any way I really should go out for a run it's gonna be like 60 degrees today. My boss was a little upset that I wasn't coming today to watch the kids, You know what it's your kids you watch them.... I have things to do today. And it's too nice out to be running around after a 18 month old. Im wiped out after im done there I come home and Im so tired. Im pooped. I don't mean to complain but I dislike people that just have children for the status part, it sucks and that's my opinion on this. If the kids are driving you crazy then you shouldn't of had three.

Alright for now Im on a mission today for sock yarn. Ill post later If I find any.

So much to do tomorrow so little yarn time!

Ok !!!!! I finally figured out how to finish the sock. I know the colors are YUCK!!!! But now that I know how to finish them Watch the colors that fly from my hands, I cant wait. I love working in the round. I might goto the LYS and splurge a little tomorrow. We'll see. I will post it tomorrow to let you see what I got. But I also am not watching the kiddies this week I have to take my car in and get an oil change and inspection sticker, and lord know that my car will fail inspection, Bla! What ever. Then I plan on running to my inlaws house because im taking care of the cats and then who knows. I have to find a way to the LYS ahhhh !! Im in a dilemma. How do I get to the yarn shop. Maybe ill save it for Thursday morning. We shall see. Alright I have to work on the sock ! And start the new one. Will catch up on wed!

Ok one more time for the colorful yarn. I am expecting more soon, I can't wait. I promised that I wouldn't spend any more money on yarn.... Yeah Right. hehehehe!

Im socking it.

Ok ! Everyone is gonna laugh at me. When mark came home last night, I was just finished with the stich markers and I was just sitting there and I just can't sit there and do nothing we are all like that. So I looked down and saw the sock on the needles that has been sitting there for months with the instructions calling me. So I picked it up. And I looked and I looked and I looked at it again. And I read the instructions, and Then it was like magic it just came to me. DUH! I felt like an idiot. I said to myself what the hell have I've been waiting for all these years of knitting and attempting to make socks, you have to see all the socks knitted up until the gussets and just left there. I wanted to smack myself once you get past the gussets you are home free. WOW! Im so happy, you know sometimes you have to put things down when you don't get it and then come back to it and the skies sometimes open and it's great, But just don't wait till months down the line like I did. So im going to Joann's today with my friend for some fabric and stuffing for the bear that im not finished with yet. And then I don't know what after that I might just go to my friends house for dinner. No work tomorrow. yeepeeee!!!!! I had a long week I worked yesterday. I hate working on Saturdays it screws up my whole week.

DAY LIGHT SAVINGS TIME DON'T FORGET!

Hey everyone. I feel like I haven' t written in a while. Im so happy it's officially spring. I can' t wait till the nice weather comes in. But I feel like I have no time to do anything. I worked today till 1:30 Yuck! But it is so crappy out so I didn't mind too much , but when the nice weather rolls in im goinna be hating it. So today I went to AC. MOORE, after work, I can't get enough of that store. And I had the 50% off coupon that was in the Wednesday's paper, so I bought another knitting book for 10 dollars. I love it when I get great deals, You can't go wrong, and I also got more beads, so I couldn't wait to get home to make more stich markers. But I had to stop over my friends house to show her how to work her sewing machine. And then we sat over some coffee and talked about everyday crap and Bla Bla Bla! You know how it is. Then I went to the store and bought salsa ingredient to make salsa for my honey, because he loves salsa. I call him my salsa junkie, and of course I forgot the chips. Before I met him I wasn't as into the Mexican thing as much as I am now. now Im just as bad, when every we go out to eat Mexican we always end up taking the hot sauce. We are so bad I know it!. So in the end I didn't get home till 6:00 I felt so bad because this is really the only day that we have together, but ended up when I finished making the salsa marks friend called and he ended up going overthere. Whatever and now im home alone with the cat! But I did make more stich markers and they are so neat! I don't know what else to do with myself. I don't want to start another project. I did pick up the bear book and I started a bear. So I have that going on now, and im a little stuck on the sweater, Im not sure if it is a mistake in the book, I just don't get it. And before I go any further and it turns out wrong I just put it down. BUT I DO NEED HELP WITH MY BLOG CAN SOME ONE TELL ME THE EASY WAY TO PLACE BUTTONS AND LINKS ON MY BLOG I HAVE BEEN TRYING AND NOTHING. HELP!!!!! SOMEONE!!!!!

Here is another, Just don't look at rachel ray's 30 miniute meals, that doesnt count. I always use that book.

It's RAINING!!!!!

OK. First off I had a great Easter Sunday. I hope everybody had a great one too. It went very fast. I hate Mondays, especially when I have to go out in the rain to run some errands. But that ok, I love rainy days. Second off. Im not mad. I felt like a crazy lady sitting at panera knitting and looking around to see if at that second one of my kitting buddy' s are walking in. But not to fear mark came to my rescue he came with his friends and swooped me up and took me to the outback for dinner. But while I was there I managed to finish a bag for my friend at work, and all I have to do is felt it now. I have to take a picture and post it. And now I can try and finish my sweater, I can't wait to finish. But I have to run off and get dresses I have so much to do, I have to go out and get soaked and look like a wet rat while doing the errands. I will put up some pictures later.

Ok Im totally nuts. I know, thats just how excited I was when I opened the package, I put them around my neck, and then I thought I must take a picture and post it and here it is. I know Im crazy, and I look very tired. hehehehe!

Finally A night of knitting!

Hi all. Ok I have great news. I Got A package in the mail today. It was waiting for me when I got home from after stich N bitch, Mark Left me a note saying y sweetie is smiling right now be home in a bit love you. He got home before me so he got the mail. Any way it was great I have pictures to post after I write this. But im so happy I made it to Stich N bitch tonight I was really missing it. I was so happy I made it there, I had goodie for a few people. And another person came with her sister, I met her in AC. MOORE one day and I told her about the Thursday nights at the panera she is a new knitter and really nice. And her sister too. But thank god I parked next to them because she had left her lights on and her battery went dead. So I tried to give her a jump but it didn't work, So I drove them home. I never mind doing things like that, I truly believe that when you do good, good things come back to you. But that's not why I did what I did, Im just a good person. But things are great. I been working on the sweater im almost done and I promised myself that I wont start anything else till im done. But with the yarn I just got I have to start something soon. You will see why when I put the picture up. I have to order more yarn from them. And what else Easter is coming, my job is to make cream puffs. And then im going to my friends house after marks cousins house. Mark has to work Sunday night. Which is fine. And I have a three day weekend. I cant wait. im going to knit all day, yeah right I always say that. And that's it. I can't wait till tomorrow is over, so I can relax the rest of the weekend.

I will keep ya updated with the new yarn and what im going to do with it. Until later!!!!

and I want to tackle this one when Im done with the sweater. This book is so great, when you want to knit up something really quick like a kid sweater, or a hat, or little slippers. not sure if you can see who makes the book, but it's put out by ZOE MELLOR. Very nice stuff in there

It was a stay at home and knit day.

Ok, woke up this morning made coffee, jumped in the shower got dressed, woke up the husband, Yes he called in sick today, which was nice he never takes off it's very rare. I had to return some library books, knitting books of course. And he was feeling better it took a few hours. Then he came along for the ride. We stopped at taco bell, my favorite, and then I paid for it later. Thank god it wasn't in the library. hehehehe!!

so I took out a few more library knitting books and a few movies. And one of them was serendipity! Of course I was crying it was so good. I never saw it before. And I've been wanting to watch it for the longest time but kept missing it on TV, a very girly movie. I was so into it, that most of the time I wasn't looking at my knitting I just kept on knitting. Now I have to check on it to see if there is any mistakes. hehehe! It was a good day, I didn't watch the bosses kids today. Thank god. Im getting tired of it, I don't want to see my boss no more than I have to. Bla!!

and that about it, Not much more to report, except that im still waiting for my package from Uruguay nothing yet im so mad, im getting very anxious. And that's it for my day I do have to take picture of the sweater I started up again, Im going to do that now.

First Day Of Spring!!!!!!

Well It's the first Day of Spring. But It was really crappy! Bla. I can't wait till I can walk out with just a sweater and be happy when I hear the birds chirping. So I had a long and busy weekend. I went to my friend Bridal shower, It was fun, Her favors were picture frame and Yankee candle it was really nice. And then it was my father inlaw's birthday the same day I literally came home from the shower and ran back out to goto dinner with marks parents, So all I wanted to do today was stay home, But I didn't I went to my friend jenn's house for dinner and we went to AC Moore and I ended up getting a knitting book and so yarn to make a toddler ear flap cable hat. Which I want to start on but I have to finish one of my WIP that I had laying there in the back in a bag that I pulled out yesterday or the other night I think, it was a gedifra pattern that im doing in Reynolds saucy, Like a tan color really pretty, I have to take a picture of it. So I also felted my purple bag that I have the pictures up of, today at my friends house. It came out really nice, don't ask why im making all of these bags, I have no idea. But I really love knitting them up. And what else lets see. I don't want to goto work tomorrow. And I have a long week ahead, Bla! And Im still waiting for my yarn from Uruguay. It has not arrived yet and im getting very anxious, But I did email them and asked when I should expect it to arrive and they wrote back by Thursday, this Thursday. And I ordered this on like the 10 the of march. So if your wondering how long it will take to get to your home from Uruguay estimate like two weeks, or longer. But it will be well worth the wait. You will see when I get the package I will take a picture of them all they are so beautiful.

so I have to say also, so far the best and my favorite felting yarn is lamb's Pride. The best so far. I used noro and the Uruguay stuff and it felts nice too, well they all are great but there's always a favorite. And you know which that is. So any way another week to get by and another bag felted. It's St Patrick's Day

HAPPY ST. PATRICK"S DAY to all. I Know im being bad to all my knitting friends at the stich and bitch. I haven't been there since last Thursday, and im not going tonight because ENUFF z NUFF is playing at the DOWN TOWN. I cant wait to go, and im not going to be able to make it on Saturday because it's my friends BRIDAL SHOWER, and then I have to go out to eat at night with my inlaws because it's my father inlaws birthday. It's a busy week, it will slow down next week I feel so bad I love going to stich N bitch. I worked late any way tonight just got out a little while ago.came home checked my blog and then got dressed and then entered a post while im waiting for mark to get home so we can go. I hope he gets here soon I don't want to miss them.
So I don't know how im gonna get up tomorrow for work, it's been a while since I pulled one of these off, I will let you know tomorrow how it went. By for now.

Ok New marsupial Bag. Im almost done I have to finish the handles and then felt I used blue merino and noro and then pink merino that i had gotten from handpaintedyarn.com the guy is so nice and has the best stuff every the colors are so brilliant,and very reasonably priced. you almost can't help your self. Im felling better

Hello everyone. I am feeling better, but I am still congested, Still recovering. This Cold really kicked my ass. But as for my knitting friends Im so sad I didn't make it on Saturday. I really wanted to be there. And I feel so bad I was there to give Rebecca the pattern for the felted bag.

although I did accomplish something yesterday, I went down to my mothers in the Bronx and all my friends were there with there kids. It was so funny. We caught up on every thing. And it was good therapy. But it was also good to see my parents. And Aunt was there from Conn. with my cousin's baby, she was so cute, that was the first time I saw her it was like baby day. I didn't get home till 11:00 I was so tired and I couldn't wake up this morning I woke up at 11:30. And Now I have to go to riverhead to meet up with a lady that has a studio in her home that she designs her own yarn and she spins and dyes it. I cant wait to meet her.

So it's back to assisting on tuesday I have to deal with the doctor all week, and saturday I have a bridal shower can't wait. I have a busy week coming. and one more big thing. ENUFF z NUFF is playing on thursday I cant wait at the DOWN TOWN. for those of you who dont know who they are the were an 80's band they are so great. I cant wait.

My awesome stich markers. I made them. At first I bought a couple of them from the LYS and I took them home and examined them and said I can't believe I bought these things, I can freakin make these things. So I went to AC Moore, I bought beads and pins and jump rings, and I made like 200 of them and I sold some to the knitters and I gave some to jenn as a birthday gift.It's so worth it. I sold them for like 50 cents a piece which I know I can sell them for much more, but I hate taking money from friends. Thats why im not a good sales person, people will walk all over me. I have plenty more if any one is interested let me know.

It's a Dish Cloth, This was my little side project you know when you just need something small and mind less. I love the colors, I made it out of sugar and cream they have all crazy colors. It was fun to make I have a dish cloth leaflet and I want to get more creative with them. hope you like it.

I am Sick...

Hey ! I am Sick, I was suposed to go to the bosses house to watch the kiddies. But I woke up this morning and I was like what the hell. I knew that I was gonna get it. the baby that I watch was sick all week and between wiping her butt and wiping her nose that had green boogies out of it, I knew I was gonna catch it. Im so mad, I can't imagine when I have children what the hell is gonna happen to me. Ugghgggggg! I hate being sick Its a little cold but I took meds for it now im gonna fall on my face. But last night I spoke to my mother and I need to catch up with her I haven't seen her in like over a month. I was telling her all about my knitting projects and the blog and I told her to look at my blog and when she got to the part of all about me, the first entry I placed on the blog she started to cry, and of course I was Balling, we are very emotional people in my family. I can cry on the dime. But she misses me very much, as I miss them to. It was a good talk I do miss being home with them. It's very weird when you get married, you feel like your not where your suposed to be for all the years that I was home and now its im not there any more, and I know that it contridicts what i said about not liking where I use to live but it's not the familyI dont like it's the neighborhood I hate Nothing but Shit heads there. So I get a call thing morning from my dad and of course when my phone rings that early I freak because I think right away that something is wrong, but every once and a while my dad calls me with a morning joke. and I love them and it starts my day great. I love when he calls me with the jokes. Ill tell it, But I hope I dont get in trouble for this one but here it goes "

Last night I gathered all of my 100% wool and I put them on the yarn winder and I was winding away. I had so much fun. and the colors are so vibrant. I dont know what to do with them, I did buy more handpainted yarn at Handpaintedyarn.com. And there is someone that is interested in buying my felted bags and she was asking if I wanted to make them for her and she will give me orders and she will pay me. That sound great! It sound to good to be true. but we will see.

Hi everyone. I got up with a headache. I took two aspirin but it didn't kick in yet. I went to bed late, Knitting all night. I want to finish my booga bag. Im so happy I have one, I was worried, I was telling DH I don't think they assigned me one, it's so much fun. I have to write more about my everyday life, Yesterday I watched the my boss's kids I watch them on the day I don't assist the Doc. But I was so drained the other day, I canme home and all I wanted to do was fall asleep, But I couldn't I needed to knit.

I Got a secret pal yesterday! Im so happy I never did this before. I cant wait to send her stuff. Im not sure what to send in the first package. I will figure it out. It is so cool @ first I thought it was creepy, but we are all knitters so it's not like a crazy person will hunt me down and do something crazy. Then again ! No im just kidding. I just need a little guidance on how and what to do. Like how creative other pals get I just need some ideas.

Just wanted to share the action shot that i got of the waves crashing. I love the beach I cant wait till the summer where I can just go to the beach and relax on my days off and read and listen to the ocean. theres one thing i think we take fo granted, and thats living so close to the ocean. I would definately miss it if I ever move away.

After the other marsuprial bag i quickly started another bag I just couldnt stop there. so I finished it in like two days. I have to show every one on thursday. I really enjoy doing these felted projects. It is so rewarding and then after you felt them, it is like instant love.

Felted. This is the third time. Im so made when I edit the blog it takes the pic away. so now im not gonna touch it after this. But this is the finished product . I love it I cant wait to use it. There is no way im gonna give this one away. But the length of this one came out shorter lori told me that it would shrink that way but it came out really nice im very happy with this. I made another one and finished it tonight at the meet up i have to take a picture of it before i felt it tomorrow. I will have the second one felted and done for all to see on thursday. I can't wait.

Started on my Marsuprial Bag.

Hey everybody. I Started on the felted bag, and it is so much fun ...
I love working in the round. I Noticed that my stiches on the wooden needles were coming out too loose so I went out and bought Addis Turbo , I think I spent too much on them but I had to do it and im glad I did because it's such a pleasure, I feel like im speeding through and my stiches are so much better. I will take a picture of it in the day time tomorrow to get the true colors of the bag, and I will post it, it's coming out so beautiful....
The freaking snow storm, I was so mad. It wasn't a snow storm I ws hoping I wouldn't have to go into work on Thursday but noooooo . The office was open . All I wanted to do was knit all day and watch movies. ...

Any way Im really tired and I have to get up early and go to work YUCK!!!!!!!
