New knitting project

Im having so much fun knitting this dress for my little one. It's the same one as Efrat made in green for little miss M just a bigger size so she can wear it when shes two years old. I also started on a sweater out of this book a while ago and never finished what else is new. I absolutely love shine sport from knit picks it's so delightful to knit with you all must try it, I put off ordering it for a while I don't know why I did I cant wait to finish this cute little thing.
So my little baby is doing great she growing so fast she 2 months already and starting to smile and coo. This is the fun part coming up I cant wait till I hear that little giggle she already cracks me up when she tries talking back to me she just too cute I want to eat her up. I Love being mom so much there is not enough words to explain my world today. Oh and by the way we didn't pose her finger like that, When Mark turned around and looked at her he ran to take a picture of her like that we were hysterical laughing.

Motherhood update...... WOW!!!!!

All is well, Im really enjoying being a mom it is the most rewarding things I have ever done in my life, And I know it's rewarding now I can't imagine in all the years to come. it's funny, yesterday I was showing little miss M some flash card and she seemed to be looking right at them making faces. I hope she was soaking them all in, I told my friend what I was doing and she said I was a Nut!!! and I said hey it cant hurt, so little by little shes learning all the colors and shapes I don't think is to young to start. I feel really bad when shes just sitting next to me and gazing off into I don't know where it gets me worried a little with all the things that I read about Autism. she looks into my eyes which a good sign but all else you start to question.....
It's so scary being a parent you just want your child to be ok and all you do is worry and Im not the worrying type but these day I seem to be. Its all so crazy.

On the knitting front. I bought a new book it's called ITTY BITTY HATS from Susan B. Anderson It's got the best little and creative hats on the planet. Im on my next hat its pink and on the top of the hat will be white petals like an upside down flower it's the cutiest little thing. I will leave you a picture of the Little one.

I know the nice weather is coming but she always can use hats to keep her little head warm. Not much to report only that shes doing the normal baby things. EAT POOP and SLEEP. Im catching up on alot of things I wouldnt be doing if I didnt have a baby in the house Like reading writing in my journal all the little things that she is doing every day this way I can read back in the future and laugh about it.
But All is well.

We are a family. It feels weird but great to say. I am officially a mother with all the spit up on my shoulder LOL. Oh My God Im a mother. WOW !!!!!!

2 Weeks old

Im having so much fun. I never thought it would be this way. Although she eats sleeps and needs changingand thats it. I can't wait to take her out when the weather gets nicer this way I can walk around the block and get active. Ahhh Im going crazy In the house 24 hours. I look forward to going to my mother inlaws for dinner to see different faces than the faces on TV.

Life Look over

Very strange to say how having a child really makes you look at things in a different way. The little things really don't matter anymore, But for some reason you become much nicer and more understanding, not that I wasn't before having a child. The most amazing thing is I never Imagined my life would be the way it turned out to be today. you truly look back on your life and it just has so much more meaning and I am very content. All I ever wanted was a simple life and I am right where I want to be.

As for the whole experience, Well not as bad as I thought it would be until she wanted to get stuck and come out another way, Which by then I was so disappointed because I was really a good pusher as the doctor said. But pushing for 3 hours when the doctor said I think its time, I though lets do it I was so scared. But its over and now I have this little bundle of joy. And its the best thing that ever happen to my life.

Finished log cabin blanket.

Not a great picture of it, I need more light and this house doesnt come equipted with enough of it. But I really had a whole lot of fun making this blanket the log cabin pattern kept it fun. So now this makes like 10 blankets I have for this little bundle and to remind you all I have returned like 5 to Babies R Us.

Thursday nights again.

I finally made it to knitting night this past thursday, And Efrat Liza and Lelia suprised me with this beautiful diaper bag that they all had a part in nad it came out so beautiful, I love it and I can't wait to use it.
As for me Im still hanging around and it doesnt seem like she wants to come out and my due date Is this Thursday.

Piddleloop suprise

And Jennifer over at store.piddleloop.com gave me some extra goodies for the little one soon to come, I ordered the two pouched for Valentines day only because I love hearts and I will use them all year round i need a new pouch One of them is going in my hospital bag with some chapstick and some makeup and other things im going to need. Thank you so much Jennifer I love the monkey onesee and the bib.

Licorice Whip

I couldn't help myself I had to start this sweater I had so much blue skys left over and plenty of it. The only thing I didn't do on the sweater was the lace front but as im looking at it as im kintting Im wondering if I should have. But I like it so far because its knitted from the top down, no seaming required thank god and it's really going quickly.
